📦 Shipping & Delivery

At LUCKANIME LIMITED, we are committed to delivering your custom Anime and K-POP phone cases as quickly and safely as possible. Because our products are made-to-order, our delivery timeline is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

1. Processing Time (2 - 5 Business Days)

Every phone case is uniquely printed and quality-checked specifically for your order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production, quality assurance, packaging, and dispatch. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched from our facilities, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

📍 Where Do We Ship From?

To ensure we provide the highest quality custom cases at competitive prices, we utilize a global network of fulfillment centers. While we maintain a warehouse in California for fast US deliveries, our primary custom production facilities are located in Asia. Depending on inventory and your location, your order will be shipped from the most efficient facility to ensure timely delivery.

🔍 Order Tracking & Modifications

Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the custom production process begins, we are unable to make modifications or cancel the order.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Simply click the link in the email to monitor your package's journey.

Note: It may take 1-3 days for the courier to update the tracking information in their system after you receive the email. This is completely normal and will not affect your delivery date.
